Rebecca has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. HR qualified with years working as a leader and as part of People & Culture teams, Rebecca started her business to positively impact employees and culture in a different way.

Rebecca is currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Leading Mental Health and Wellbeing for the Workplace and Community. Rebecca partners with like minded companies who take their role in providing a safe environment and supporting the wellbeing of their employees seriously.

Rebecca is a meditation teacher and Master level licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

She offers a range of training in the areas of:

Mental Health First Aid, Meditation, Mindfulness, Bespoke wellbeing sessions, Relaxation, Mindset and stress management training.

Rebecca also has an interest in psychosocial risk in workplaces and is starting to do some work in this area.
