Program Description
Weekly sessions over 4 or 5 weeks (at your discretion), this program introduces the importance of “managing self” and explores meditation as a stress and wellbeing tool. Participants explore a range of topics related to being human, including the brain, emotions, stress management, the relaxation response, gratitude and more. Various meditation techniques are introduced with recordings provided. This program allows people to self-reflect, understand more about themselves and learn new tools to help keep them relaxed whilst understanding what they can do when feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
