Rebecca is an energetic, and engaging Trainer who is genuinely passionate about what she does. She loves working with people and watching those lightbulb moments as participants "get" new concepts and understand how to make a difference by applying them.

On the mental health side, Rebecca partners with organisations by offering Mental Health First Aid training and accreditation.
​
When it comes to learning how to better "manage self", Rebecca offers a range of meditation programs, sessions and tools. These allow participants to become more relaxed, present and self aware. Participants learn how to better manage stress and become less emotionally reactive as they are introduced to meditation as a tool for their overall wellbeing .

Rebecca is deeply committed to cultivating supportive cultures that allow people to thrive and that make it acceptable to be a human being at work (in all our glory and vulnerabilities!) not just a human resource.

​Rebecca is a registered meditation teacher and a licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Master). She is also a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources. She has worked extensively as a leader in the corporate world for many years.
