Session #1: Demystifying Psychosocial hazards and risks. Why we are talking about it and what employers need to do
Session #2: What are different workplaces doing? Your workplace. What are you already doing well that you can build on? What needs a plan and focus?
Session #3:xplore a range of tools and strategies around consultation
Session #4: Optional help can be provided around consultation interviews, survey rollout and next steps. We can also explore what additional training, programs and support mechanisms might be useful for you.

Rebecca is an dynamic and engaging facilitator who thrives on creating positive change within workplaces. Passionate about helping workplaces become more mentally healthy workplaces, Rebecca transitioned out of a 20 year career in the corporate world, into part running her own business where she partners with workplaces in the areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
HR qualified, Rebecca is currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Leading Mental Health and Wellbeing. She is also studying a Certificate in Leading Psychosocial and Safety. In September, Rebecca will be commencing her Master of Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing. Rebecca began her business focused on the "Me" side of wellbeing - sharing strppractical strategies and tools for emloyees to look after themselves and their wellbeing. Rebecca has also focused on the "We" side of wellbeing, training leaders and employees in Mental Health First Aid to better support each other in the owrkplace. ThiThere is a natural extension, moving into the Employer side of this equation with a focus on Employer obligations
