This program allows leaders to collaborate and grow in 3 core areas:
Leading with courage and care; Creating psychological safety & Self Leadership.
Duration: 3 months
Minimum Participants: 5
Maximum Participants: 15

This program allows leaders to collaborate and grow in 5 core areas: Building psychological safety; Conversations & culture building; Self-Leadership; Shifting the narrative around mental health and wellbeing; Stress and burnout.
Duration: 4 months
Minimum Participants: 5
Maximum Participants: 15

This is the most comprehensive of the programs and explores 7 core areas. This program gives your leaders a deep understanding of how they can contribute to your workplace and people in an impactful way.
