About this series:

 

Recruitment is not just candidates, clients, managing expectations, placements and budgets.


It's also how your people manage their mindset, energy, wins and set-backs.

For longevity in a recruitment career (and the various economic cycles that will cover), they will need resilience, grit, tenacity, patience, self-awareness and a range of skills & tools to better support themselves, their stress levels and their wellbeing.

This is a three part, interactive training series designed to give your people space, and time to reflect on how they manage their mindset.

We will cover a range of topics including:

  • Self-talk: What are you saying to yourself? Why language matters.

  • Purpose: Rediscover your WHY for doing this work (on the good days and the not so good days) 

  • Meaning: How do you find meaning in even the most mundane of tasks?

  • Doing the work: What does that mean to you?

  • Resilience: Why it matters

  • Change: Learn to flow more easily with change

  • Values & beliefs:  Where might you be getting in your own way? 

  • Defining success: What does success mean to you? 

  • Mindfulness: How to use this as a tool for increased self-awareness, focus & clarity

  • So much more.


With the market changing and so many variables that are out of our control, one thing that we have control over, is understanding more about managing our mindset.

Your facilitator: Rebecca Max

Chapter #1: Rebecca spent the first 20 + years of her career in recruitment, in agencies and RPO models. Rebecca worked as an individual contributor initially and then as a leader for over 15 years.

Chapter #2: Rebecca is now a meditation teacher, a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) and a licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She delivers a range of training programs to workplaces to empower people to learn new skills to better manage themselves, their stress levels and their wellbeing.

This unique blend of skills, training and experience allows Rebecca to understand the nuances of the current recruitment market and what is being asked of your people.
